100 Day Warranty Coverage

Many homeowners realize the cost involved with corrective maintenance shortly after making their dream purchase.

The water heater fails or the A/C won’t cool; the roof leaks or the dishwasher won’t wash; the plumbing needs to be completely replaced; and you’ve just spent all your savings on the money down for closing.

That’s why we offer all of our customers a Platinum Protection Plan at no additional cost. The Platinum Roof Protection Plan is a 5-Year Leak Repair Coverage. This service contract is for the repair of leaks to your home’s roof for a period of 5 years following the date of inspection.

Additionally, our full inspections come with a free
100-day warranty to put you at ease.

If you experience a problem after you move in, contact us immediately. We can help. Or better yet, contact the Mountain Association directly. At the time of inspection, we’ll provide you a certificate showing the details of the warranty and the claims process.

Mountain Association agrees with the inspector to provide a reimbursement payment for the covered costs to repair or replace the items listed in the 100-Day Inspection Coverage Agreement if any such items fail or become inoperable during the 100-day term due to mechanical failure caused by routine wear and tear, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
