It is with great joy that we would like to announce that our very own Erik Coplin has been awarded the coveted Certified Master Inspector (CMI) Certification. Erik has demonstrated the absolute highest level of competency, and is now being rewarded with the highest designation in the Home Inspection industry. Being a Certified Master Inspector means that Erik has completed at least 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of inspection-related continued education, in addition to having been in the inspection industry for a minimum of three years, for always abiding by the industry’s most stringent Code of Ethics, and for submitting to periodic background checks.
Mr. Coplin would like to thank both his clients and colleagues for their consistent support of EDC Professional Home Inspections, who has been serving the Central Florida area for the past three years. We specialize in both historic home, and new construction inspections, thermal imaging, and a focus on energy savings along with indoor air quality.
